The internet is a fabulous tool when used to connect souls who are ready, willing and able to reach out into that great unknown to come together in friendship.

This page is manifesting from this very act. Manoj Nanda lives in London and I'm in Reno, Nevada. In spite of this, we came together to participate in that free flow of spirit to see what would happen when our soul intent and purpose came together.

My first homepage was created by my dear friend Larry Newman, it was great and effective, but it is now time for change. Manoj came to my rescue and the experiment and experience is underway.

I've been an active member of the Kundalini list since it started in 1996. I've had the privilege of getting to know many spiritual seekers from all over the world. In this communication process I've come to realize there is a great need for a resource on the internet where one can learn about the disciplines involved in becoming heart centered in order to build a relationship with the God within.

We are now into 2000 and I've learned a great deal about working with people over the internet. Many have come to me to learn how to put ceaseless meditation into their spiritual practice. This is an aspect of awakening that is essential to transformation. Meditation without the discipline of mindfulness through ceaseless meditation is really only part of the discipline. One must become aware of his/her moment to moment thoughts and emotions in order to undo self creation and flow with ones higber awareness. This is a lifetime practice which will change your life even more than when you first learned to meditate. Those who have accessed this awareness have found the path to change, the work is not always easy, but this opens up the path to new dimensions of consciousness.

Many people are becoming aware of themselves as a soul when memories are brought back to the conscious mind from a dream, or awakening experience. This energy comes into the body in various ways, for some, it stimulates conscious memories of the invisible world of spirit, an awareness of light inside of the body, or what is known as a Kundalini release. For those who have awakened Kundalini without sufficient soul preparation, it can be difficult.

Since we live in a time of change, cosmic energies have entered the world of matter as high frequency sound waves which are here to stimulate the soul/spirit within each of us. As each soul responds to this high frequency sound, awakening automatically begins. This awakening is a process of inner growth, it involves attending school much as one does in the earth experience, however, this school is in the invisible world of spirit. It will manifest at night during sleep, and then will be extended into the body during times of quiet, meditation, and dreams.

Since inner growth must also align with outer or physical/mental/spiritual growth in the body, it is a delicate balance of consciousness change and transformation. Light must be accepted and registered in the body by quieting the entire system in preparation for the higher frequency as soul/spirit creates the bridge in consciousness to bring it down.

The mind/brain is prepared for the experience by entering a transformational stage of regeneration. This transformation takes one from an active, intense point of self creation, to that of slowwwwing, calmmmming, enterrrring deeper into the movement ...until the mind is ready to enter silence. The silence creates a tuning of sorts as one enters deeper into the frequencies of spirit.

It is in silence that one connects the energy from the soul/spirit with that of the physical mind, emotions, and body. This experience happens in a specific place inside the subtle body, the heart. The heart is ones spiritual temple and the place to come to know the Christ within. Remember, it isn't the physical body but the subtle body, it will one day become a beautiful space of green light in which one knows as the home for revelation in the body. From here one explores the higher dimensions as registered through the head centers, and eventually when the work is finished, the lower centers...the solar plexus and down as is appropriate.

This home is the grounding center where light will enter and transform the physical body while wakening the soul to his/her spiritual and cosmic destiny. From this point of centering one explores consciousness points or centers throughout the body. As light enters each center called chakra, an divine energy within the body is released to transform the brain and nervous system. This divine energy is called Kundalini, the substance is called Prana. ItsŐ awakening is meant to correspond with the preparation of the mind and body, when it is awakened through drugs or sex it can be a challenge that must be taken very seriously.

This is a process, a life process to be more specific...one learns this process through patience, learning of God's Will and an important teaching mechanism called detachment. Detachment allows one to gradually make the shift from that of body/mind to one of soul/spirit and ... consciousness.
